Today's economy and where the onsite wastewater industry is heading...
It's that time of year, the final few months before things start to slow down. Homeowners and builders are screaming to get the job done before winter hits. With the down turn in the economy, that list of jobs to finish is getting smaller everyday and contractors are bidding jobs at what seems to be cost just to keep crews working.
