Richard Craven, General Manager

Richard has been an integral part of the Precast and Onsite Wastewater industries since the year 2000.  Richard's "We'll get it done" attitude provides the leadership for our teams success. Specializing in system design, site layouts, and submittal processes for Commercial and Residentail applications, feel free to contact him for your next job.  Richard also oversees production scheduling, production drawing, estimating and inventories. Richard is a proud member of IOWPA, and is an IOWPA certified Installer for Residential Sewage Disposal Construction Procedures for Gravity and Pump Assisted Systems, and has been through Zoeller Pump Company's factory training program. 

Dave Sweet, Sales/Marketing Manager

Dave has been involved "hands-on" in the precast/prestressed industry for over 16 years, specializing in the storm/wastewater/utility precast sector since 2003.  Dave's knowledge of the technical aspects, ASTMS testing methods, State/County/Industry/ job specific rules and codes is instrumental in providing our customers with quality products at the best prices. New/special product design is Dave's specialty.  When he's not on the phone, out shaking hands, meeting with Health professionals or updating and overseeing our NPCA certification program, you'll find him on the computer managing and updating our website and networks.  Dave is a graduate of the NPCA's Quality and Production School, the NPCA's Association Leadership School, an ACI Ceritified Concrete Field Testing Technician-Grade I, holds PCI- Level III QC Certification, has been through Zoeller Pump Company's factory training program, is a  board member and Treasurer of IOWPA, and is a US Army Desert Storm Combat Veteran.

Mike Masters, Sales/Estimating

Mike comes to us with 25 years of experience in the Storm and Sanitary manhole market.  With that  comes the familiarity of diverse product lines,  intimate knowledge of geographically specific codes and regulations, and long term relationships with vendors, specifiers, and customers.  From concept on a bar napkin, to installation of interior components and specialized delivery, Mike is your "Ace-in-the-hole" for design/build projects.  Want to come in under budget and before schedule on your next project?   Give Mike the opportunity to value engineer your structures and you'll be happy with the end result.  Mike is always mobile and is more than happy to come to you to perform takeoffs and provide job quotes.  We feel Mike is an incredible addition to the McCreary team, and we're sure you'll agree.

Toby Cowan, Site/Production Manager-Indy

Toby comes to us with years of experience in the construction industry.  Taking charge of the implementation of our Quality Control Program, Toby was instrumental in our successful NPCA and INDOT certifications.  When he's not performing fresh concrete testing, checking concrete strength cylinders, or overseeing production at our north plant, you may find him delivering your next McCreary product to the jobsite or helping as needed with special casting projects in our production facilites. Toby is a graduate of the NPCA's Quality and Production School, an ACI Ceritified Concrete Field Testing Technician-Grade I, and holds his Class A- CDL.  He's also an outstanding piano player!

Bob Walker, Maintenance Manager

Bob's attention to detail, electrical and mechanical backgrounds make him a key asset to our company.  He also oversees form construction and repair, fleet maintenance, plant and facilities maintenance, and on-site lift station construction.  Bob has also completed the Zoeller Pump Company's factory training program.  When not tied up with special projects, custom form design, or building your next lift station, Bob helps as needed with special casting projects in our production facilites.

Brittany Gettinger, Dispatch/Office Manager

Brittany's knowledge of onsite drainage and excavation has been a real asset to the company.  Her great personality and thoroughness make her a pleasure to deal with, be it stopping in to pay your bill, or calling us to place an order or request a quote. Overseeing the daily dispatching of our fleet, she makes sure you get what you order, when you need it. 

Mike Sweet, Production Manager-Rushville
